Tomorrow at 8am, I will attempt my first CrossFit workout. Needless to say, I think I am going to die.
If you don’t know what CrossFit is, the standard definition is “It’s an effective fitness program consisting of constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity”.
That sounds a little a lot of buzzwords to me. Basically, from what I understand, CrossFit is functional movements (jumping, throwing, lifting etc) with crazy stuff thrown in (gymnastics, endurance runs, swimming etc).
I hope by tomorrow afternoon I can be like this baby.
