I went to the SimpleSlice presentation today put on by the BYU Marketing Club.  It was pretty good.  It would have been awesome for people who are not really into the Web 2.0, social media, scene.  However, I worked for Fresh Consulting (http://www.freshconsulting.com/) over the summer so I was pretty well exposed to this stuff.

This post explains how to do it.  Basically you copy certain Quartz effects into the right folder.  Remove the 5 lines prohibiting them from running in the 2 programs, and then have fun!

Cape Verde, where I lived for 2 years, splits off of Portugal at around 2:58.  Very interesting visualization.  

Kinda scary but I love this commercial.  I actually looked it up on YouTube to see it again.  That is good advertising.  Oh and Auto-Tune claims another victim.
