I don't quite know where Chromium comes into the whole Google Chrome product development, but I love it.
Super fast. That is it's biggest plus. Super fast to launch, open a new tab (Safari ahhhmmm), and load. Flash works but not perfectly. It is hard to upload files sometimes but those are the only two problems I have encountered. Give it a try.
