This is my home screen of my iPhone. These are the apps that I use most often and want easy access to.
You know a product has really changed your routine when you can’t think of what life would have been like without it.
I wake up to my iPhone alarm. Check my todo list on my iPhone, look up my homework on my iPhone text and call friends on my iPhone have my calendar on my iPhone, answer emails on my
iPhone, take pictures on my iPhone and now blog on my iPhone.
You might think that I am addicted and maybe I am. During the summer I was a river guide in Moab UT, and rivers and iPhones don’t mix. I wouldn’t have my phone for weeks at a time and I didn’t collapse in despair or feel phantom buzzes in my pocket. (incidentally I took my iPhone on the river once and it feel in. Only a week long rice bath saved it. )
What is on your home screen? Are you addicted to your iPhone/android/Blackberry?
I had an android once. It lasted about a week. Don’t get me wrong, I loved it, but I decided at the time that the cost wasn’t worth it. I imagine I’ll have a smart phone in the future…and probably rely on it heavily. For now, I like having a phone that doesn’t constantly attempt to distract me.
